I had seen Ged when I had back pain and he was great. I have had shoulder pain for many years following shoulder surgery and my GP suggested physio might help. Jake was highly recommended as a shoulder specialist and I can assure you that he is amazing. Within one week he had improved the situation and I could move my arm without pain for the first time in 6 years. He is very knowledgeable and a nice bloke too. I highly recommend Jake and all the team at Up and Active. NOTE, there is a carpark at the rear off West Street.

I’ve been seeing Ged for many years and Jake in the recent months and I must say.. after seeing physios for 10 - 15 years, these guys have perfected the craft.. I always leave feeling a million bucks and they spend the time to really get you back on track. Professional team all round, on ya legends.

Great service and focused on what i needed recovery for, certainly helped my shoulder repair and gain use again. Way better than previous physio place I attended.

Great physios. Lesley and the team have helped every member of my family over the years. Lesley is knowledgeable, professional and her down to earth caring approach to my “issues” have been life changing. Less pain, more movement: that’s what it’s all about.

Fantastic team of physios! Spot on diagnostically and will make you feel comfortable from the moment you step in the practice. As an allied health professional myself these girls are my number one to refer too.
