I've been going to the Hooper Centre Pharmacy for a few years now because I'm so impressed by the amazing customer service especially from the pharmacists. I'm greeted by name when I walk in and the pharmacist will actually speak with me and check how I'm doing on my medication and address any concerns which I really appreciate. Thank you!

Isabelle is an invaluable member of the team here. She was so friendly, honest and kept all of the customers up to date on the status of their scripts waiting - both in person and on the phone - when there was a line up! Amazing work.

The Pharmacists there actually care about their customers. All the staff are so friendly and always willing to help and offer sound advice.

The staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. The assistants and pharmacist answered all of my questions and helped me with my sick baby on a recent visit. They were welcoming and eased any worries and concerns I had. On every visit I have been I am greeted with quick and friendly service. Hours are great and super handy when having kids. I highly recommend them!

Pharmacist is excellent, cured my problem without going to Dr. All staff are so helpful, lots of lovely bric a brac . Again they were brilliant, the lovely young gentleman helped me bandage my hurt finger tonight as couldn't do with left hand. I felt silly, he was lovely.

I had the most helpful wonderful person called Lily today! I haven’t had the best luck with staff here wanting to help and usually most kind of grunt at you if you ask them anything. I really wanted a particular perfume and was having trouble finding it Lily went above and beyond to help me out and find it for me. So shout out to Lily who offers amazing customer service and was very friendly and was more than happy to help me, Thanks Lily
