3 Best Opticians in Toowoomba QLD

Due to having an emergency visit, I was asked to come straight into the practice and it was close to closing time, but they waited for me to arrive and I was treated with the most wonderful care and made me feel comfortable from the time I walked in the door, (both at reception and the optometrist) plus with my assistance dog they welcomed her and made sure she was also made welcome and comfortable. Great service and highly recommend

Very happy with customer service .Staff were helpful and polite .Optometrists were also helpful. I will receive a pair of sunglasses and a pair of reading glasses and I am not out of pocket with Bupa private health. Thank you Soecsavers Grand Central Toowoomba.

Specsavers at Grand Central have an amazing selection of frames and their service is excellent from the moment you first walk in. I would recommend them and the final price you pay is such good value.

As someone with a very significant vision impairment I was very concerned and hesitant about finding a new optemtrist when I moved to Toowoomba. The team here are excellent, very friendly and supportive. Despite the difficulty in finding my prescription the optometrist was very thorough, both her and all the other staff demonstrated genuine care and interest in supporting me. Highly recommend.

The experience I had at the grand central store was an absolute joy. I was listened to and things were explained to me well. Nothing was at any trouble. And now a week later I have had notification to say my glasses have already arrived. So very grateful. For a wonderful team. Since I don’t have my glasses yet I am unable to post any photos.

Amazing experience with the Toowoomba store. I didn’t have an appointment but they fit me in straight away as my precious prescription had expired. Very thorough eye check and I didn’t feel rushed through. I received my glasses and they fit great but there was just a little mix up with the nose pads. The store went above and beyond to fix the issue and I would definitely go back in the future.
