GANBARANBA NOODLE COLLOSSEUM REVIEWS
This was an awesome discovery. We’re on holiday and felt like Ramen on our last night here in Cairns. We trusted the reviews but the place exceeded our expectations. The ramen was fantastic very flavourful broth. I’ve lived in Japan for a couple of years and they got a lot of the small things right. Japanese style greeting and very polite staff. There was a 20 min wait but it was well worth the tasty food and friendly service.
I waited at 4:40pm to make sure that we got a space and it was a smart decision! It opens at 5pm for dinner and is already full by 5:10. The ramen is so delicious and heartwarming. I know that sounds very weird but it definitely heals the soul! And considering that there are only two people working, the speed was amazing! Definitely going again and coming early again to make sure I get a table !
We ate here for dinner after a long day at the GBR. It was very delicious and quick! We got edamame, pan fried dumplings (so yummy), and I got the extra garlic ramen (#2 on menu). I loved my ramen! So many noodles and the broth was flavorful and garlicky

KUSHI YAKITORI BAR & JAPANESE RESTAURANT REVIEWS
The food, service and atmosphere here were fantastic! I would highly recommend booking to come here. We did not have a booking and the lovely staff fitted us in 1 hour before another booking. They were so accommodating and welcoming. The service was fast and friendly and the food was fresh and delicious.
Food was delicious and the sashimi and nigiri both seemed high quality and fresh. The chicken karrage was also very good. Chicken was tender and sauce was a good balance of sweet and spicy. Service was exceptional from all staff and meals arrived very fast. Worth the visit and grab a table on the deck if you can.
Amazing Japanese food in the heart of Palm Cove. The food was so fresh and well prepared, with amazing flavors. This restaurant is a must, and I would highly recommend it.

WAWAWA REVIEWS
Stunning eatery, make reservations to avoid disappointment. We loved the Hokkaido scallops, everything in the dish worked well. The jappyslaw was so fresh and delightful. The shitake mushroom agedashi tofu was delightful and had so much umami, it was one of my favourites. The sashimi selection was generous and bursting with flavour, the row on top was a nice touch. The nigiri selection was excellent, but the rice was a little soft. We loved the salmon a d cream cheese roll, unexpectedly good. Nice sake and lemon sake cocktail. Would definately come back.
Wow, what a great experience. The portion sizes were great, the food was so fresh and service was very attentive. We walked in without a booking on a Sunday and the accommodated our party of 3. Will be returning on our next trip to Cairns!
Such a funky little Japanese restaurant. Such amazing food and vibe. Don't walk past!
