I recently took my engagement ring to Leon Baker Jewellers at Busselton Boulevard Shopping Centre for a repair, and I am beyond impressed with the entire experience! The knowledgeable staff inspected my ring, quickly identified the problem, and provided a detailed written quote (which came in on budget—even with some extra touches they kindly included). The setting was beautifully repaired, and the stone was polished to perfection, making it look as stunning as the day I received it 33 years ago! The customer service was exceptional; the staff were so friendly and caring, and the jeweller, Shain, even took the time to come out and chat with us. Their attention to detail and care for their customers truly sets them apart. I highly recommend Leon Baker Jewellers for all your jewellery needs.

I visited the store to purchase some earrings for my best friends special birthday and was helped by a beautiful sales assistant called Marni. She was amazing at listening to the kind of thing that I wanted and pulled out lots of different options considering the style I wanted and my budget. She was wonderful at helping me narrow down the chosen pair and presented them beautifully considering it was a special gift. A great jewellers that I will definitely return back to in the future.

Very professsional and highly skilled Jeweller who was able to repair a necklace with pearls inset in silver for me. He thoroughly explained beforehand the work required, and the risks. I was delighted to pickup the necklace which looks better than ever. Much appreciated.

I’ve just purchased a 9ct bracelet from the store manager Samantha who offered me an offer I could not refuse. Samantha and her colleague Tanita were very welcoming and had amazing customer service. I would 100% recommend going to see these lovely ladies at Prouds Busselton if you’re wanting to purchase any jewellery as they even polished the jewellery I already had. I definitely won’t be buying my jewellery from anyone else. 10/10 star rating! They are truly the most loveliest ladies who took the experience to a whole new level.
