My Mum was very fortunate to secure a room in this wonderful facility.Suddenly a room was available , that Ellenvale thought would be perfect for Mum.They encouraged the family to bring Mum's important things and to make it feel like home. A brilliant help in settling Mum in.They are incredibly thorough,thoughtful professional and caring.There is a happy atmosphere pervading the place, happy staff and happy residents.I live interstate,so was in WA to be with Mum.Mum took up residence shortly after I arrived,so I was able to spend many hours with Mum and in Ellenvale. During this time everyone from the Facility Manager,Emily, through to the tea trolley staff were so very helpful and kind. My mind is at ease that my almost 95 year old Mum, is safe and happy.

My mother is in this aged care facility and I cannot praise the staff highly enough and the excellent care she receives. She's been there for about four years and absolutely loves it..

Nobody would choose to live in a home instead of living at home, but if you must stay in a home, this is the best you can get. Caring staff, excellent food, first class facilities.

Nice care home, plenty of garden's scattered throughout, some with fish,birds. Great big community room,think they were playing bowls.Staff are friendly and caring. Very calming atmosphere within the home.

In-house care for aged residents . Professional trained staff, modern facilities.

Great aged care facility, my brother very well cared for and is happy there.
