Ordered a beautiful watch for my grandson's 18th birthday. I'm disabled so I purchase online only. It was delivered within days and I was the communication on when the delivery was coming was fabulous. Highly recommend Watson's jewellers and love the fact they are family owned.

I absolutely love my new Seiko watch. The team at Watsons were pleasant to deal with, responsive with my inquiries, best value and price for the product I have been eyeing for a while now, shipping was brilliant and within the timeframes, and I love that it's a family business in the heart of Tassie. Thank you Watsons team.

Really excellent customer service, responded to my price match request within the day of sending it, placed the order at 3pm and it was in the post on hour later and at my doorstep the next day. Beautiful watch as well, very well packaged and very happy!

Beautiful service each and every time I go in whether it be for a browse or services. I had my mothers and dads promise ring repaired and resized. It was done the very next day, price reasonable and cleaned to perfection. The two main ladies that run the floor are absolute sweethearts with beautiful customer service. Will always make the fly over for any future jewellery needs. Thanks again.

I always receive amazing customer service at Jim Hughes & Sons - the staff are so friendly, kind and extremely helpful. A huge thank you to Sam, Pawlos and Anne. I recently had some gold melted down and made into a ring. I wasn't sure what I shape I wanted, but Anne was able to do something amazing with the little instructions I gave her.
