My partner and I visited Fantastic Furniture in the pursuit of a lounge. The man who served us was so attentive, friendly and professional. As soon as we came through the door, he greeted us and asked if we needed help. He also made really helpful suggestions which led to us buying our perfect lounge - which is being delivered in less than a week too! So thankful to the staff at Fantastic Furniture; lovely place and people.

Found the exact dining suite we were after and the staff member was very helpful even when we changed our mind on the first one we found. It was no trouble for her to change our purchase and she gave exact information on where their warehouse was. Highly recommend them.

I bought two pantry cupboards over the phone. Due to being in a wheelchair & unable to pick them up, I was relieved to have them delivered with very friendly helpful gentlemen. A place I'd recommend for most furniture items.

A beautiful place to browse for quality Tasmanian timber furniture. We were impressed by the tasteful displays, affordable prices and their ability to custom make individual items to suit room sizes and styles. Having looked endlessly around so many showrooms we kept returning to The Living Room and are thrilled with our choices of lounge and dining furniture. All staff are super helpful and friendly.... Craig went above and beyond with his excellent customer service. Thanks guys!

Have bought furniture from here twice. Chris was really helpful on both occasions. I had needed assistance choosing fabrics for a lounge suite but couldn’t be there in person and Chris provided photos of fabrics and suggested colour pairings. Really happy with the result, our IMG suite coordinates well with our other furniture and is super comfy. Delivery was easy to organise and well executed.

Absolutely fantastic service under more recent management. If you buy from one of the bigger boys in town then you’ll miss out on the deals and fantastic service - from first conversation to delivery and setup. Could not recommend more highly.

Amazing customer service received from Furniture City! My ten year old couch recently had a cable break in the recliner and they came out and fixed it, along with another issue at no cost, despite it being well out of warranty. I would definitely buy from them again knowing they are willing to offer that extra service when needed. Thank you.
