What a wonderful experience it was buying a car from this dealership. The whole process from searching, finding and getting financial approval for the vehicle was an absolute breeze. The staff are fantastic. Brad Good in sales and Deb in Finance were supportive, knowledgeable and informative, and their general demeanours and personalities made the whole process easy and actually quite fun. Shout out also to the work experience student Will who was great to talk to and showed me through some of the features of the car.

I just had what can only be described as a "new car experience", while purchasing a great second hand vehicle at Toyota Kings Meadows. The whole team went out of their way to exceed my expectations. From servicing and spare parts, to the business and sales manager, everyone went over and above with their personalised attention to customer service, detail and professionalism. The stand out was salesperson Brad Good. Good by name and nature. I take my hat off to this genuine, lovely staff member. He could not have done more to make the experience positive and fun. This dealership experience was so GOOD, I literally wanted to go back in the next day and buy another car! Hard act to follow. Well done team Toyota. I'll be back.

Had the most outstanding service experience with Deborah and tony who went above and beyond to help me get the car of my dreams. Talked me through absolutely everything and made sure everything happened and made it the most smooth process so I had absolutely nothing to worry about.

Cannot speak highly enough of Mitsubishi Lauceston amazing team, dealt with Steve from start to picking up the beautiful Demo Aspire Outlander it would have been sooner but due to Tassie's extreme weather put us back a week.
