Jeanette made the buying experience of a mattress so easy. Very informative, down to earth, no bells and whistles, no pressure. Great customer service. Will definitely buy from again.

I have been in the market for a new bed for a while and out of all the places that I looked, snooze had the best range and service! The frames that I originally wanted weren’t in stock and would have been a 2-3 month wait but the lovely Marita showed me an alternative which I’m actually glad I went with instead (plus the mattress is like sleeping on a cloud). Purchased Sunday and delivered Wednesday, great, helpful and friendly service plus a cute little thank you card sent in the mail to top off the experience. It’s the little things! Even the delivery guys were lovely and took some additional cardboard boxes that I needed to get rid of. 10/10 would recommended.

From the moment we stepped in to Snooze Launceston, Sophie was amazing with all of her experience and knowledge on your products What an asset to your team she is, some of the best customer service we’ve had Great service and very happy customers here.

Went in today with little knowledge of mattresses and was served by a very helpful man named Craig. He helped my partner and I find the perfect mattress for us and went over and above to ensure we could get it today. Very happy and grateful for the service and quality of product.

Recently bought a ks mattress here. After setting it up at home we found it too firm. They were really good to deal with, organising a swap trouble free. Excellent customer service at all levels, good range of beds and at a variety of price points.

Good range of beds and mattresses. Salesman Craig gave good service. Sale price was a bonus. Same day delivery provided. Highly recommend Forty Winks Launceston.
