I popped into Suzy’s to have a ring removed & the ladies were so helpful & friendly. The ring is now being resized for another finger & having a missing diamond replaced. The owners of this shop are absolutely wonderful and so helpful with great experience and ideas! My fiance brought my custom made engagement ring and wanted to go back for our bands and they have been exceptional! Three visits over my wedding band and lots of emailing quires Tarisa has been so helpful and informative with things to consider with no hesitation of being annoyed or pushy to buy something I didn't like or wasn't certain of. Highly recommend! Also very lovely to talk to and make you feel welcomed.

I went to get my Pandora rings cleaned and to buy a new chain for a pendant. They do steam cleaning free of charge and now my rings look amazing. The chain I purchased was also really nice and affordable. The team were so nice and very helpful. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic service. Small issue with diamond ring that was made by JHJ but this was rectified as soon as advised and I could not speak highly enough of the professionalism, expertise and customer service I received. Would highly recommend.
