The owners of this shop are absolutely wonderful and so helpful with great experience and ideas! My fiance brought my custom made engagement ring and wanted to go back for our bands and they have been exceptional! Three visits over my wedding band and lots of emailing quires Tarisa has been so helpful and informative with things to consider with no hesitation of being annoyed or pushy to buy something I didn't like or wasn't certain of. Highly recommend! Also very lovely to talk to and make you feel welcomed.

I went to get my Pandora rings cleaned and to buy a new chain for a pendant. They do steam cleaning free of charge and now my rings look amazing. The chain I purchased was also really nice and affordable. The team were so nice and very helpful. 10/10 recommend.

Excellent service. Staff very helpful, friendly and lmformative. Excellent repair service. I have had jewellery designed and made here and am very happy.

Very impressed with the workmanship of these guys. I had a ring repaired by the team at JHJ that I have been told for many a year was not repairable. The ring has great sentimental value, These guys are highly recommended great job, well done and thank you.

Totally rapt with the final product. The guys worked so patiently to put my poorly articulated design into exactly what I was picturing. Unique, and so stylish!! I can recommend JKJ for anyone wanting craftsmen that take pride in the finished piece of jewellery.

Fantastic service. Small issue with diamond ring that was made by JHJ but this was rectified as soon as advised and I could not speak highly enough of the professionalism, expertise and customer service I received. Would highly recommend.
