****FEMALE FRIENDLY MECHANIC**** I recently had the pleasure of taking my car to Ron’s Auto Service Centre, and it was hands down the best mechanic experience I’ve ever had. As a woman, finding a mechanic who treats me with respect and doesn't talk down to me can be a challenge, but that was far from the case here. From the call to book it in I felt comfortable and confident that I was in good hands. The staff communicated clearly and openly about every step of the process. They explained the issues with my car in a way that made sense and answered all my questions without rushing me or making me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about. What really set them apart was their honesty. They didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, which I’ve unfortunately encountered at other places. Instead, they offered practical solutions, gave a clear breakdown of things we need to look at for the next service. And great pricing especially in this economy. The entire experience was female-friendly, professional, and respectful, with attention to detail and excellent customer service. If you’re looking for a mechanic who is not only skilled but also communicates well and fosters a welcoming environment for everyone, especially women, I highly recommend their services- they also do Auto electrical work saving having to go to two places.

I recently had a new clutch fitted to my Toyota Land Cruiser at Ron’s Auto Service and after Lance had found a couple of other problems and repaired them, it’s driving like a charm. It was great to do business with you guys and I’ll certainly return if I have any other car problems…cheers.

A huge thanks to nick, Matt and the team at soutars garage.. they have been wonderful to Do business with, also ash in the office.. they have answered all of my questions, and have been reliable and trustworthy.. it’s a pleasure to finally find a reliable garage.

Soutars garage are by far the best mechanics in Gippsland, they're a fair and considerate bunch that don't need to make their money by ripping people off. Won't take my car anywhere else and highly recommend you do the same!.

I've taken my car to Rapid Tune Warragul many times this year after cooking my engine and they have been AMAZING! After a repair as major as fitting a second hand engine, which was supplied by myself, there were a few teething problems with it to begin with, but Peter and the team were tenacious at solving any and all of the problems I had. The most valuable part of the repairs and recent service I have had has been how approachable all of the guys there are. I find car things intimidating as I have little knowledge about cars and they explain everything without being condescending which I find is uncommon as a female driver. It has given me the confidence to keep on top of my car maintenance because I'm not made to feel stupid or like a nuisance. That is really valuable in any customer service relationship, and since my great experience here, a few of my family and friends have started using these guys and all say the same thing. Thankyou Peter, Michael and Tanner for going out of your way to not only solve my car issues, but for being so reassuring to your customers :)

The team at Rapid Tune were super helpful when I couldn’t get my number plates off at Vic Roads!! They drove me back down and supplied some allan keys and even changed them for me!! No charge!!! So grateful!!!! Thanks.
