High quality Mercure. Rooms are generous in size, clean and modern. Staff were delightful. Part of the Accor group. Hotel accepted Accor Plus membership even though the app stated they weren't. Ample free undercover parking and Tesla chargers also available. Great stay other than having to supply my credit card details again after check-out and not being able to charge back to my room (probably related to the credit card issue). Thanks.

My extended family and I stayed at the Mercure Warragul over the weekend of my wedding in Gippsland. Perfect location, great service, great rooms and great staff. Special thank you to Caitie for your assistance in making the group booking and everything running smoothly!

Mercure Warragul is well located with parking under the hotel. Our room was large and very clean, and the King bed was very comfy with wonderful pillows! Our hotel of choice now for our visits to see friends in the area. Totally recommend!

Total Gem especially for the price. We loved our stay here over the weekend, service was fantastic, so polite and efficient. The room was very clean, (I was obsessed with how nice it smelt too) and comfy with eveything we needed. We had our 7month old son and they made us room for his cot, and we had no issues with letting him play on the floor. Will 100% be staying here again! Easy 5stars for us, thank you!

For the price, I didn't have high expectations. However, I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The rooms are extremely spacious and clean. The beds are some of the most comfortable that I've slept on for the price range. My daughter, who has sensory issues, was delighted by the adjustable-stream shower head (Yes, she told me to put that in the review). A lovely, inexpensive place to base yourself as you explore Baw Baw shire.

Beautifully decorated rooms with best room service and neatly cleaned rooms with fresh linen and clean towels on the bed. Good options for a family of 3 4 or 5 with a bunk bed and queen bed in a separate but combined room. Overall the location is like a cherry on the top with luscious green mountain views with amazing scenery.

We stay here as part of a big group. Picked Comfort Inn due to location and the fact breakfast was incuded. The rooms are very small, no hot water, shower doesnt fit an adult, lights stay on all night, train goes by every hour all night long. To add to this NO BREAKFAST!!! Spoke to the owner after ringing the number 4 times only to informed we had to order breakfast at checkin, regardless of the fact breakfast was included in the booking and all information provied states breakfast served from 7-9.

Room doesn’t match the photos, dated room, curtains that don’t cover the windows, lights that stay on all night and shine in thanks to the curtains, in-room dining with everything except the soup and steak crossed out, mini bar menu with nothing in the mini bar and to top it off…2 minute noodles in the kettle.

Very confined parking spaces. Room was very pokey. Shower cubicle was far too small and soap holder was falling off. Towel rail was dislodging from wall. Toilet cistern was continuously leaking. Receptionist seemed not very interested in our complaints. In a nut shell, an overpriced and uncomfortable stay.
