Great experience with Warragul Mitsubishi. All the staff are so lovely. Ebony was really helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and didn't pressure me. Picked up my new Ranger Wildtrak two days ago. Communication and support during the order to delivery period was exemplary. Assistant Sales Manager Jacob Bell was very approachable and was always willing to address any questions that I had. The car was delivered in pristine condition, with comprehensive and understandable instruction on the numerous functions available. Much appreciated by a person approaching.

Bought my brand new FX4 Ranger at Warragul Ford. I dealt with Jacob who was great. Stayed back until 7pm on a Wednesday to do the deal. Car was in the yard and was happy to wait for my father in law to come and test drive it as well when it was past closure time. Couldn’t be happier with the new wheels.

I bought my car here, have it serviced here and have had a few normal issues with it. They have been absolutely fantastic to deal with! Do warranty jobs without twisting their arm, even take time for emergency repairs. Honestly couldn’t fault them.
