I have had the great fortune of working with Travis and the Catharsis society in both a professional and a personal capacity. Travis' vast knowledge and understanding in the mental health space coupled with the passion and compassion Travis brings to his approach really gives a sense of ease and confidence and trust. I am currently enrolled in one of the education/personal development programs and am finding the content and delivery both engaging, informative and really rewarding. I can't recommend Catharsis Society highly enough.

Travis has been an absolute inspiration. He knows what I need. If I need a friend, he is a friend, if I need a teacher, he is a teacher, if I need a listener, he listens. Then BAM! He is asking you when you are going to take control of your life. The past 5 months with The Catharsis Society has seen me face some very hard truths, and I am so grateful to Travis for that.

Trav has been welcoming and flexible for all my appointments. He has a better view on societys high standards, helping me change my thoughts and not feel judged.

I came to Travis many years ago, with my life and relationship a mess. With time and guidance I was able to overcome some major hurdles, and become a strong women I a am today. Travis personally designed a 8 week program suited to my needs and wants. Each week I would attempt something new and slowly made gradual changes to improve my life and my children's.
