The sauna was very nicely presented and prepared, warmed up and with fresh towels in place. After a delicious cup of herbal tea, my wife and I went in and enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing experience. As it was my wife's first time, she only spent 20 minutes in there but I stayed for the full 40, enjoying the full temperature that the sauna offered. We both felt thoroughly cleansed afterwards and that night, my wife had the best night's sleep that she'd had in months. Don't miss this hidden gem when visiting the Jervis Bay area. We would certainly do it again.

Such a hidden gem in Husskison ! Liza was very welcoming and took her time to listen to some personal information to help in any way she could. The infrared sauna is very clean and gets to a great temperature especially being someone who uses infrared saunas often, it was perfect for a detox session, along with tea on arrival and filtered water. I will be coming here to use her services often. Highly recommend.

So amazing to have this in Huskisson. Such a lovely little spot and very tranquil. The tea to warm you up at the start is also a great little bonus and really sets the mood for the sauna. Thanks so much, I’ll be back.

Michelle was able to pin point the pain and work the area. Its been 3days since I saw her and even though the pain is still there it's now bearable and I cand get up and move around more freely. she is a person that cares more for the patient rather then time limits as my appointment ran over 15mins and was only charged for the hour. I found her to be a very happy person who loves what she does. Thank you Michelle!

Michelle is fantastic and I can recommend her to everyone. She is terrific at making you feel comfortable, safe and relaxed. I'm extremely impressed and a 110% satisfied. Than you Michelle.
