Walked straight in and was approached straight away with a smile asking what could be done. Had a eye test appointment, was a little early but went straight in for test and had test with smiles and efficiency, ordered new glasses and was pleased with the price, enjoy going to specsavers. Thanks Carrina.

My experience with Specsavers was so very pleasant and it is always a joy to go in and see the staff as we always have a laugh. My husband came to pick me up and he was so impressed with the prices of the glasses that he is going to go to Specsavers next time he needs his eyes checked again which will be soon.

I have again received awesome help and service from the girls Leanne, Shell & Jennifer at the Stockland Nowra store and I absolutely love my two new pairs of glasses. Stylish and so affordable even with my special order of two different types lenses.

Visited nowra this morning, new years eve with my spectacles in a very sorry state( I trod on them). The young lady that looked after me re-shaped the frames and replaced the lenses in a very friendly and professional manner. Great service indeed ! Well done to that lady.

All staff at OPSM are fantastic. Fitted me in late notice, Optometrist was very thorough and informative. Latest technology and had great frame selection at affordable prices. Will be a regular customer from now on.

Very easy to talk to know their job, glasses were a tad expensive and I should have got only one pair instead of two. However in saying that I got what I paid for with good quality spectacles. I change over to OPSM after 30 years of lesser quality glasses.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted sincerely and warmly by the sales lady. I was able to see the Optometrist (Diana) immediately who displays a relaxed and non-hurried approach to clients. Highly professional, Diana was adept at using all the instruments and machines to reach a prescription without causing me any discomfort. Her advice and suggestions for overall eye health were both excellent and appreciated. Buying a suitable pair of glasses was a cinch with the assistance of the Indian Store Manager. His manner is so down to earth and you feel like a real person instead of a commodity. His genuine sincerity is infectious and his product knowledge amazing. In summary, service, cost, product quality & the overall experience was THE BEST I have ever encountered in retail! You have my custom for life! Thank you.

I absolutely love the girls at the optical superstore. I won't go anywhere else now. They are always so friendly and helpful. I first went in there with broken glasses purchased elsewhere but that had sentimentality to my daughter and they are the only place that made suggestions. I've been going to them ever since and they are always happy to help and provide solutions.
