So much positive to say about Anna at Betterminds counseling. She’s warm, calm and funny but vibrant and energetic as well. She’s caring and considerate and very empathic. From the moment you meet her she makes you feel welcome, accepted and safe. I came to her anxious, depressed and overwhelmed. In just one session I felt SOOOOOO much better and able to deal with the stresses of life again.
