I have had the best experience working with Jo from Back to Basics Health Solutions. I was struggling with side effects of Chemo, Jo’s simple approach to food and her guidance made it easy to adjust my meals and I saw results so quickly! My Lymphoma decreased markedly, aches and pains have eased and I have so much more energy and sleeping better, lost weight and cm. Recognising what certain foods were doing to my health helped me to understand what my body was telling me. It kept me motivated to keep on track Jo's availability for questions at any time, her positivity and our regularly scheduled check-in chats were so beneficial, her knowledge is invaluable & to have Jo in your corner and commitment you are set up to succeed . Im so grateful to have had this opportunity to work with you Jo, Thank you so much for your care and support.

I have loved my experience with Eva! She was always so friendly and welcoming every time I came in. They tailored a package that was perfect for my needs and the results I wanted to achieve. I not only saw results physically with reduced cellulite but my strength in the gym also increased when doing the EmSculpt sessions as well. Would highly recommend.

The ladies at the body clinic are always so welcoming. It is an easy process to book appointments and they are very accommodating with time slots. The clinic is super relaxing and I would highly recommend booking a consult.

The body clinic is first class! I love dropping in for some very much needed recovery.
