3 Best Acupuncture in Townsville QLD

I saw Michael at Zen Den for acupuncture during my recent IVF cycle. I had several appointments all recommended to give us the best chance throughout the whole process. After egg retrieval I ended up with 9 healthy embryos to be frozen (far more than my first unassisted cycle which we only had 2 embryos), I unfortunately had ovarian overstimulation due to the medication after getting 23 eggs however I believe thanks to seeing Michael straight after my egg retrieval surgery I recovery a lot quicker than my nurses expected. Before this cycle I had previously had an unsuccessful embryo transfer so this time around I chose to use the assistance of acupuncture with my IVF embryo Transfer. Michael was great he came in on his day off to do my day 3 acupuncture treatment and I believe due to all the treatment given by Michael during my IVF cycle we now are at 14 weeks into a healthy pregnancy. I highly recommend seeing Michael to assist with your IVF cycle.

I am so impressed with this clinic! I was just travelling in town and needed a session as my vision had started to go blurry. One session with this amazing acupuncturist and not only was my vision completely back but the knots in my shoulders from the specific massage he does was just incredible. I also got cupping done and its now two days later and i still feel just as good, healthy and balanced as i did when i got off the table. Cannot recommend this place enough! I will be back when i visit townsville next.

I have been seeing Michael for about 10 years. He has successfully treated me for a variety of ailments over the years. He is the only therapist I would ever recommend.

Kate is a talented practitioner and an amazingly caring human being. She is working right now to heal me before I need to fly home to Canada after suffering a disc injury while here on vacation. She has gone above and beyond to help resolve my debilitating pain, borrowing adaptive equipment from family members for me to try, loaning me her own pro gear and even making a house call when I was in too much pain to come to her office. I have been to 3 doctors and am on the maximum dose of opioids for over 2 weeks without much relief. Honestly, I was feeling hopeless. I couldn’t stand, sit, shower or toilet properly. Kate worked on me from every angle and after my third treatment, I am having my first nearly pain free evening. I can’t thank Kate enough. If you are suffering, she is the one!
