My go to chemist in the city, they always have most of the items in stock from vitamins to beauty products to medication, everytime im served with very polite staffs working there from prescription counter, floor staff, to cashier! Thank you for the great service!

Sorted my medication I had forgotten to bring with me on my trip to Townsville (they needed to get my scripts held at my home CW faxed to them, but apart from that fairly straight forward). Don't know why but place was empty on Saturday morning.

Always received excellent customer service, you will get all sorts of Perfumes for lowest price and Medicine at lowest price too. Toiletry and even special needs like foot ware. These days they come up with toys for toddlers with the best prices.

I absolutely recommend management and staff at Star Discount Chemist North Ward, as their quality of service is always knowledgeable, professional, courteous and pleasant. Luke, Shane and the staff always go above and beyond and attentively listen to any concerns, responding with patience and always resolving issues efficiently. Thank you all so much.

I usually use the closest pharmacy when need scripts filled, however, none of them compare to Star Pharmacy for excellent customer service, timely prescription dispensing and extremely friendly staff where nothing is too much trouble. Moving forward Star Pharmacy will be my go to.

Staff were very helpful filling scripts and purchasing DB products. I also had a Covid booster and a blood pressure check, all went well and nothing was too much trouble.
