It’s my daughter’s favourite part of her week. The instructors are kind, knowledgeable and welcoming. The programs are structured and disciplined while still being fun and inclusive. It provides my daughter with exercise, positive social interaction, routine and structure. Love the welcoming atmosphere and good life principles being taught.

Our daughter does BJJ and absolutely loves it. The instructors are amazingly talented and knowledgeable. Fantastic staff, so welcoming. We love the culture of Team Red Dragon which is building strong people for life! If you are looking for a place for your kids to do martial arts look no further.

My experience at red dragon has been amazing, looking forward to seeing how I progress and skills that I'll uncover along this journey. They teach great discipline, focus, confidence, respect etc! It has given me something to look forward to and to become the best I can be. All the staff/instructors are all amazing and great at teaching, and explaining things. Lovely environment to be apart of, I highly recommend them.

Integrated MMA has been an amazing experience over the past 10 months. The coaching is next level, and the gym is always clean and welcoming. I’ve learned so much and met some great people. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to train in MMA.

I’ve been training at integrated MMA for just over 3 months now. The knowledge I have gained in such a short time has been incredible. The coaches are all absolutely brilliant and incredible to work with. The environment is super friendly and a pleasure to train in. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Integrated is an awesome gym with great coaches. Day classes and PT sessions with Coby have increased my skill level dramatically since starting here.

MARTIAL ARTS QUEENSLAND REVIEWS

We love Wednesdays with Quin at QLD martial arts! My 5-year old had never done any martial arts before, but Quin is a fun (yet firm) teacher and makes sure everyone is always included and having a good time. We can’t wait for the grading! Heston & Mum.

We have started this year and have felt so welcomed. The instructors are excellent with the kids. The sessions are actioned packed and very engaging. My boy is 3.5yrs and has been really great watching him follow instruction and build his commitment.

My kids enjoy their Martial Arts lesson taught weekly by Sensei Kyle. He is very patient at teaching them. They’re learning good self defense techniques, keeping active and strengthening their core muscles. I would recommend attending lessons at Martial Arts Queensland.
