Matt Neale from the queen street branch was absolutely amazing. He helped booked flights and took everything I wanted and found the very best deals. He also explained any and my many questions so well and clear, you could tell he knew what he was talking about. I’d recommend him to anyone looking or thinking about travel.

Nathan has been terrific: responsive, pleasant, nothing was too much trouble. We think we can do it all on line ourselves but the value of (and comfort in) having someone with expertise helping and coordinating travel is underestimated.
