3 Best Yoga Studios in Brisbane QLD

I absolutely love my ongoing experience at Bend & Fly. Unlike some other studios, I don’t find them clicky and they’re very good at adapting to everyone’s style on-site day of. They also have deals for you to bring a friend, discounts, etc. Very accessible and enjoyable. 100% would recommend.

I have completed the 2 week trial and tried multiple classes. All the instructors and students have been great to work with and everything is at your own pace. The Ariel yoga is a very comfortable way to exercise and feel like you are truly doing something without feeling pain. I will be buying a membership.

Amazing First experience so supportive will definitely be back when I’m In Brisbane next

This is the most amazing Yoga Studio in Brisbane, Simon and his awesome and soooo fluffy dog Floyd are so welcoming and amazing!! There is yoga to suit everyone, when l first started there l fell in love with the studio, it is full of warmth and positive energy, all the teachers and students are awesome! When l go there l truely feel like l am at home, l highly recommend you give it a go and see for yourself just how amazing it is.

I’ve been to a lot of yoga studios and for me this is a standout good one. I loved how the class was challenging but also felt supported in the challenge and that the teacher managed the fine balance of pushing the class but also tuning in to the level of abilities. Light airy space , friendly faces. Will definitely visit whenever in Brisbane.

So many amazing things to say about this studio, but I'll just pick a few. Simon and his dog Floyd give the warmest of welcomes to all students who walk through the door and create a real sense of community in the space. The expansive room is energised by natural sunlight during the day and in the evenings the warm lightning provides the perfect ambience for yoga and meditation practice. Whether you're wanting an amped power class or restorative yin (long slow deep), the great crew of teachers at Raw have got you covered! A sanctuary of sanity for crazy times.

The best decision I ever made !! Through a kind friend I was introduced to the studio. From the beginning my experience was personalised and supportive. With the amazing workshops and extra courses they provided, my life has certainly been on a better journey!! Not only providing opportunities to declutter my body and mind, I have also developed a very powerful set of tools to deal with life challenges. My life and my family’s licences have been so enriched.

I have the space welcoming. The teachers encouraging. The participants pleasant. Plenty of street parking. Times are perfect for me. The website easy to manage. Great value. Pilates an extra bonus. Come it’s fun.

It's a fantastic studio. The owner Monica and her instructors are professional and kind and genuinely interested in the wellbeing of their members. Those who attend classes are warm and friendly. And the classes are really enjoyable.
