Great coaching staff and awesome gym. DC have a very healthy culture and pride themselves on their niche knowledge of BJJ, Muay Thai and Boxing. Would recommend to anyone looking to start their Martial Arts journey.

Elements Fitness and Martial Arts is a great place to work on yourself in an environment that has a friendly culture that welcomes all. I go 3 days a week and I always feel welcome by the great and highly skilled coaches and members within this community. Highly recommend to anyone as Elements has great depth of martial arts classes ranging from beginner to competitive and advanced.

Fantastic instructors and great culture. There is a great group of girls, including higher belts that are all so awesome to train with. Most of all i felt super welcome. Highly recommend this place to train for any level.

My son has only just joined CMA&F group at the end of last year and so far our experience has been incredible. From the weekly classes to the holiday program before Christmas we have been so impressed, not only by the teaching capacity of the teachers but their moral standpoint and how they teach not only MA but also life skills and perspective. On top of the wonderful teachers my son was welcomed with open arms by the other students who have taken him under their wings and made him feel at home.
