A pleasure to work with. Vince Pinneri comes across as very genuine and transparent. He communicated regularly with us in the lead up to the auction and made sure we were prepared for the big day. Following the auction we went into direct negotiations with the owners and without Vince's calm approach I feel that the deal may have fallen through. Vince is persistent and went back and forth between the owners and us until we reached an agreement. Thank you Vince for helping us buy our dream home! Vince is now working with us to sell our current home.

I cannot recommend The Property Collective enough! Hannah Gill and her team and incredibly prompt and efficient in everything they do. Laura Menzies and Chloe Bell were such a pleasure to deal with. They were so patient and understanding and answered all of my questioned and were super flexible and more than happy to show me as many properties as I needed to see before I found the perfect one. Chris Miris and Tahlia Coleman’s team work is like nothing I’ve ever seen! They sent me a virtual tour of a property, had me personally view the property that same afternoon and that same evening, I signed the tenancy agreement! Chris and Tahlia knew how much I loved this property and worked incredibly quickly to make sure it was mine. Jacob Duffey has been amazing helping me through the process of bond payment, organising key collection and setting up utilities, etc as I had no idea where to start! I honestly could go on forever, but I also feel that words just don’t do it justice.
