We are having an amazing experience! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly dedicated to helping each student succeed. My son has not only improved his physical fitness and karate skills, but he has also gained confidence, discipline, and respect. He’s especially excited because, after a lot of determination and hard work, he’s about to earn his black belt! The environment is welcoming and supportive, making it a great place for kids to learn and grow. Highly recommend this school to anyone looking for quality karate training.

We have really enjoyed Black Belt Plus and their Little Ninjas class! It’s very inclusive, the instructors are exceptional—patient, skilled, and engaging with the kids. Been training at flow for over a year as a total beginner. Its an amazing club with a friendly group of guys and girls. Super easy and approachable as a total beginner but theres also so many very experienced guys around too that really raises the level of bjj you learn.
