I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Jessie and Susana from the customer service team at Oz Experience Surfers Paradise. Susana being bilingual was a huge plus, as it made communication in Spanish so much easier. They provided the best attention, were incredibly helpful and friendly, and always looked for the best option for us. It was undoubtedly a very good experience, thanks to their excellent service. Highly recommend!

The experience of buying the tickets online was seamless and easy and was certainly the best deal I could find. The Theme parks were amazing. Experience Oz is the first place I look when I need tickets. #experienceoz

We have recently returned from our Indonesian Family Holiday organised by Alana at Chirn Park Travel and can't recommend them enough... Alana organised our travel plans perfectly with all our accommodation, airfares and transfers being excellent and running smoothly.
