The service I received was from booking my car to be serviced at a date and time which was convenient to me. Providing a courtesy car so I could get to work. Awesome communication on what work was going to be carried out my service. Honest and good feed back if any problems needed to be addressed outside the original service with concerns. Cost, time frame ect. Absolutely no pressure regarding where or who you choose to carry out the repairs. I highly recommend them

Effective service with a detailed in writing decription of what was checked and serviced. I liked the quote before the service so I knew how much everything would approximately cost. The lady in the office was very efficient and helpful.

Booked in my van for a rego check, everything went nice and easy, they were very professional and polite. I would not hesitate booking in again.

I highly recommend La Macchina. As a woman it's really hard to find a mechanic that you can trust and you can feel confident in knowing they won't rip you off. I've been going to La Macchina for years, and even now that I don't work in Hobart I will still go to the effort to drive all the way up there to ensure I'm seeing these guys. I love that they will take the time to explain what's going on with a part, so I can understand the mechanical aspect to grow my knowledge in mechanics. I trust Jess and Simon and know they will always do the job to the highest standard....and without an outrageous bill.

La Machina LV are organised and honest. They take the time to discuss the works and always check before undertaking further work. I trust the judgement and value for money.
