I went to James as a last resort with my acne, and I told him that if this product he told me to take, Balance Me Natural Hormone Support, didn't work then I absolutely give up. And just as he said, after 3 months of taking a steeped teaspoon of the powder in my water every morning, it's completely cleared up my cystic acne. I only get small spots now on occasion.
