Dr John and his team are so friendly, welcoming, know you and your pet by name. You can see they are there for your pets, keep you updated with everything related to what's happening with your furfriend. Reasonably priced and so accommodating for last minute bookings. I have been seeing Dr John for 10yrs now and would highly recommend The Pet Vet.

We have been going to Dr John @ The Point Vet for over a decade. The level of care and expertise from every member of the team is always phenomenal. Dr John is so thorough, patient and honest. And never shies away from a lick in the mouth. The other Vets and Nurses are just as amazing. Honestly couldn't imagine taking our 3 fur babies anywhere else.

I've been taking my pets to the Point Vet for 10 years and I would never go anywhere else. Their kindness and care of all my pets is so wonderful, even when I had to have my pet chicken put to sleep they were so kind and gentle with her. With all the staff you can see that their job is a labour of love!.

We chose the Vet Lounge Coomera as they offer Laprascopic Spaying which is far less invasive as conventional Spaying and recovery times are less. From arriving on the morning of the procedure to collecting our furbaby in the afternoon we were very impressed by all of the staff, especially Andre the surgeon who completed the procedure. We were kept in the loop at all times and felt very comfortable to leave our precious girl in their capable hands. We would highly recommend their services to others.

My pug benji had his first visit today due to a corneal ulcer and I couldn’t be happier with the help we received from the team. The receptionists, nurses and vets were so so lovely and made us feel welcome and heard. Benji left feeling a lot better with his antibiotics and belly full of treats. Will definitely be making this vet our usual vet for routine visits.

Hi All at Vet Lounge, Coomera. It has been a hard few weeks with my little dog Bella, and we had to make the decision to say goodbye. It was handled with patience, care and understanding. Thank you to all who knew Bella, especially Andres as your guidance was very much appreciated during this difficult time.

I recently had to say goodbye to my wee mate Biskit and as hard as it was to say goodbye to my buddy of 13 years the staff here were absolutely beautiful caring souls with professional presentation and knowledge. Big shout out to the team here who all are so caring and special shout out to Dr Liz , Dr Ker Ming and of course the lovely nurse whose name I've forgotten (sorry) that gave Biskit the most serene and peaceful send off I could have asked for.

Friendly staff and great service. I was amazed by the compassion shown by all the staff when our old dog started experiencing seizures. All options were clearly laid out and there was no pressure or judgement. Matt (vet) went above and beyond to spend as much time as needed, and the vet nurses were with us throughout the ordeal. Sadly, we had to make the hardest decision, and the staff supported us and our old dog with such compassion. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this vet practice. They are simply outstanding.

Thank you to Dr Frances and the beautiful girls for your kindness and compassion shown on the toughest day we had to endure putting our darling Darby choccy lab down. Greatly appreciated for what was a very tough and heartbreaking decision to make. Thank you.
