Ros is an incredibly caring and supportive woman who provides amazing counselling and coaching. She’s given me the space and support to climb out of lifelong trauma effects and to be able to finally feel a sense of contentedness internally. I wish we had seen Mark years ago instead of waiting until our marriage was on the brink. It would have saved us a lot of arguments and misunderstanding, but we kept trying to fix it ourselves. I had never seen a Counsellor before so it was a big step. Mark made us feel comfortable and provided a space to say things that we have never said to each other. After a few sessions we now understand each other on a deeper level and are so much stronger together. Very grateful.

I highly recommend working with Alexandra. I felt at ease from our initial appointment. Meeting with her doesn't feel clinical and I leave feeling heard and able to digest and reflect on our sessions afterward. Previous experience with therapy left me exhausted and emotionally drained. I feel encouraged after meeting with Alex; finding the right personality match is a key part of the process.

Alex is incredible! Me and my husband have tried a few places over the years and never found someone that we both clicked with until we came to Alex. She makes us both feel so safe and has really saved and strengthened our relationship. Forever grateful for Alex and we highly recommend.

Teagan has been incredible for us, being both patient and flexible. From the beginning she has helped us choose the model best suited to our situation while still cherry picking from other methods to help fill any gaps. She’s also very perceptive and able to tweak a session plan when the situation has called for a different approach or subject. While there’s a myriad of options open for helping couples to grow together, it takes a certain something to guide them through the process… Teagan certainly has that something! I cannot recommend her highly enough.
