3 Best Opticians in Gold Coast QLD

I've been attending this AU. Fair branch for 2 years and have to say that after been in many others around Sydney before and Brisbane after, these guys are wonderful, customer service and professionalism at really high level. A real pleasure to go there, met L. Powel, one of the Optometrists who guide me to one relevant life decision and I ended having eye surgery with a massive improvement in my life style. Through several visits I can say that every stuff member is nice, polite and try his best to help their customers. I have sent 2 friends to see the Optometrist L. Powell, one ended having cataract minor surgery and can't be more happy. The other received the professional assessment and told me his eye sight is better than ever. Happy to take some of my time to write about my really good experience with this people. And, I am not a relative or have shares in Specsavers, this is just my luck to have been found them. Received top quality service from both Andrew for my daughter’s hearing and Lachlan for her vision. Both gentleman were very professional, highly skilled and had excellent communication. Sean was also amazing at the front counter. Overall great experience.

I was one of the walked in customers and I was very warmly welcomed by Jenny. She quickly took my detail and booked me in for 12pm appt with the optometrist, Wendy who was very professional but very thorough in assessing my deteriorated vision. I was assisted by Jenny as well in choosing the frames that suited better for my face and skin colour and the whole process only took less than 45 minutes!! All I have to do now is just wait for a text and email to pick up my new glasses. I would highly recommend OE optometrist if you’re looking for a professional, kind, and prompt service.

First time I've been to Oscar Wylee, and it didn't disappoint. Staff were great easy to get an appointment and book online at a time that suited me. Great range of glasses, so got 3 pairs. Very excited to get a pair for the computer with the blue light coating. Can't wait to get my glasses now.

First time visiting Bailey Nelson as I was looking to change optometrists, and I’m SO glad I did! I came in for an eye test and ended up finding two perfect pairs of glasses. I was served by Bo (or Beau — not sure on the spelling) and his service was absolutely phenomenal!!! While I was sitting waiting for my test, he made sure I was looked after and explained each of the pre-tests clearly, including what they do and why they matter — something I really appreciated. 10/10 recommend this store purely for his outstanding service!

Fantastic experience. Entire team very helpful but I must say Erin ? whom I dealt with on both occasions to pick up my glasses was super helpful and lovely to deal with. Almost forgot both my pairs of glasses are so cool. Great team= Great customer experience

I received incredible customer service from Tina and Beau today. They were extremely organised, friendly and attentive throughout my shopping experience. I felt genuinely taken care of from start to finish. HQ - please give some positive recognition to these two, they are keepers!
