This place is a dream! From the moment you walk in, it feels cozy and welcoming. You are greeted by the smells of delicious aromatherapy oils in the diffuser and a warm cup of hand blended herbal tea of your choice. They have so many amazing hand made, local products for sale which are perfect for gifting. I have been seeing Danica for Kinesiology treatments and she is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend trying a Kinesiology session if you're feeling stuck in any way or are needing old patterns reprogrammed or emotions released. I can feel a huge difference in my internal dialogue already after two sessions! This is now my go-to space for all things wellness.

I've been seeing Maddi for some time, to work through some challenges I've experienced, and she's provided me with taylored advice and treatment plans to suit my health needs. Maddi takes the time to listen and consult. She has a caring nature, professional approach, a love for her field as she's always learning and sharing knowledge. Maddi also uses evidence based practice and tests, should you wish to have that done, to inform her treatment plan. She's a wonderful practitioner and cares for her clients. The clinic is inviting. The coffee is good too!

Maddi is amazing and if you are looking for a naturopath to help you then shes the one . Shes helped me with hot flushes , poor sleep and inflammation - she’s my go to for all things alternate health. She really cares about your well being and goes above and beyond!
