3 Best Pharmacies in Tweed Heads NSW

Quite a culture shock, I say this because I was somewhat bemused, in a time tunnel, taken back to the good old days, I couldn’t help congratulating the pharmacist, which mind you never seemed to mind serving me, she too was just lovely , according to her, it’s, “ the Saturday vibe”, whilst sitting waiting for my script I personally experienced and Witnessed an absolute gem, her name, Paris, personality plus and top of the range customer service skills, another lady behind the counter had a beaming smile , she too was polite and pleasant, I was very happy with my experience, well done team.

I am beyond grateful to have met Pharmacist Malcolm at Chempro Tweed Mall this week. For more than 3 years I have experienced prescription medication supply issues. During this time I have visited many pharmacies, monthly, wanting to fill my prescription, only to be told that "we don't have stock, you'll have to try another pharmacy". Malcolm however, went above and beyond with exceptional customer service, to locate my medication, keeping me updated with his progress by phone, finding a supply at a substantial financial saving for me too. After undergoing life saving surgery to then need my medication for maybe the rest of my life, knowing that I won't have the monthly angst of trying to fill my Rx for the next 6 months, means so much. Thank you Malcolm!

Very knowledgeable and helpful of its people there especially the Pharmacist, Ivy. She was kind enough, addressed all my questions offered many options with pros and cons well-explained.

Fantastic service from Taylor a couple of weeks ago. I couldn't come in store and sent my father to collect my items, and she kindly helped me pick out what I needed, put it to the side and helped my dad when he arrived. Thanks so much Taylor!

This is my favourite priceline on the east coast. The staff are always super lovely, my prescription is a decent price, they order in for you if they don't have it in stock, and the clearance items are always a bonus. Thanks guys

Heydan and the Team at Priceline have been sensational. They have come on board this year as our Footy Club's Sponsor and have gone above and beyond sourcing out supplies for us - all at the best price. Very friendly staff and excellent service every time we visit. Highly recommend them.

This local chemist is fantastic! Adam, Macey, Lisa, Rae, Quynh, Tia, Brooke, Paige, and Sean are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always go the extra mile to help. The store is well-stocked, and the service is exceptionally prompt. It's a true community gem!

Heads up on my awesome local chemist. The staff take the time to familiarise themselves with not only my husband and I but our medications. The staff are extremely professional, caring, friendly and knowledgeable. Keep up the great week team.

I purchased a product and had mistakenly chosen the wrong one. I phoned to ask if they could help and yes they did. They went above and beyond with excellent customer service. Thank you I will be back.
