“Dr James Hughes earned his Bachelor of Medicine at the University of Newcastle. He has been providing neurological care in regional New South Wales since 1997 and has extensive experience in managing complex neurological problems. Dr Hughes specialises in treating seizures and general neurological disorders, including epilepsy, movement disorders, and stroke. He is a national examiner for the RACP and teaches undergraduate and postgraduate medical trainees. He manages and supports outpatients and hospitalised patients with a wide range of adult neurological disorders. Dr Hughes practices at Northwest Neurology, which provides comprehensive assessment and management of neurological disorders for residents of regional New South Wales.
