I had a great experience with Ben Lu for my most recent eye test. He is very thorough, clear in his explanations, and took the time to answer my many questions. You can tell he loves what he does. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good optometrist.

Highly recommend! Both Optometrist's I've seen over the years (Ben & Alex) were super helpful, professional and friendly. Very happy with my prescription and the assistant staff were legends!

Good customer service, kids are not rushed during eye check. Nice place.

Every time I go into Specsavers at Tamworth, I have always found the staff extremely courteous and helpful. The professional quality of their service is excellent, and everything is well explained. I particularly would like to praise and thank the optometrist who flies up from Sydney each week, his name is Ray. I have found him to be very helpful and thorough during the examination of the eyes. He explains everything and makes it all easy to understand, he also has a good sense of humour, which makes it a real pleasure during my visit at Tamworth Specsavers.

The service experience was impeccable, the staff were so efficient., booking me in at a moments notice. The optometrist was expertise in the procedure. Picking out the right glasses with Emma was so rewarding to get glasses that suit me. Thank you to all concerned, I highly recommend Spec Savers to all my friends, Kind regards Collin Abrahams.
