I was having problems with my vision while travelling. I called to make an appointment and was able to be seen the next day. Grant, the owner and optometrist, and his assistant Bek, could not have been more helpful and caring. They were absolutely amazing . I thank them sincerely for the help and understanding.

Spec Savers has Great customer service and products and they are knowledgeable and trustworthy. I always go to the Tamworth store for my check ups and glasses and the staff are always welcoming and very helpful, so I highly recommend them.

So happy with our experience at specsavers Tamworth the staff were all so lovely, happy & friendly and the choice of glasses was great. I would highly recommend.

I purchased glasses from another OPSM store, from the word go they were obviously not right. Whilst on holidays in Tamworth I dropped into OPSM to get an opinion from them. Connie was absolutely brilliant taking the time to speak to me - without an appointment and even though I did not purchase from Tamworth store. Connie was able to confirm my glasses were made incorrectly - I was beginning to think it was my imagination. I was advised to contact the store of purchase and tell them of her findings. I have done this and await their response /outcome. Thanks Connie……wish I had gone to Tamworth in the 1st place.
