F2F is not a gym, it’s a family who supports each other, strengthens each other and celebrates everyone’s achievements. I love starting my day with the 5am class and finishing off the working day with the 5:15pm crew. F2F is a huge part of my life and I’m so grateful to spend my time with a group of people who just want to be better. For anyone who lives in the Tamworth area, I highly recommend Fit 2 Function.

I have been attending Fit2Function for six months now, through a very rough pregnancy and cannot recommend the lovely ladies and guys that were and are still able to assist in my recovery. Love the extra help in being able to fit me in for appointments. They are always warm and friendly and there is a great atmosphere.

Fit 2 Function is a great way to stay fit or recover from injuries. I’ve found their physio Jess to be very knowledgeable and thorough. The atmosphere is friendly, individually paced and enjoyable. The physio combined with Natalie’s well organised and presented Pilates workouts has been vital for me in overcoming a complex, long term injury. Thanks F2F for doing such a great job.

A massive 5/5 review. I spoke with Janelle at reception and explained the circumstances with my health. She then went above and beyond and booked me in for an appointment aprox an hour or so after call. I then was greeted so kindly and offered comfort and care, through a range of means while waiting. Once in with Micheal, he was patient, kind and listened and 100% helped with pain. I am in complete shock at the relief I have! If you suffer severe headaches and Migraines I cannot Rex the team at total care more!!! Thankyou Michael and Janelle.
