Fantastic customer service from start to finish. I was visiting from NZ and caught an eye infection before travelling to Australia. My eye doctor (in Auckland) told me to get my eyes checked - to ensure the infection was gone - before using contact lenses. I just walked in (no appointment) and was able to be seen immediately, eyes tested and assured that I could wear my contacts again. Hassle free!

Specsavers in Wollongong were amazing! Went over and above to help me meet my needs and I got a fantastic deal on new glasses plus new lenses in my old frames. Plus they were all ready to pick up within 2 weeks.

Both girls at reception (Joanne & Sally) were friendly & welcoming. The optometrist (Nuriye) managed to fit me in as an emergency patient with short notice which I was very grateful for. She is very knowledgeable, friendly & caring. She answered all my questions & managed to easy my worries. I will be returning to her for regular check ups as she made me feel very comfortable.

Easy to make an appointment, friendly staff, efficient service. I had originally ordered contacts through another company online. 3 months later they couldn’t tell me when the contacts would be supplied. I had my contacts from OPSM within a week.

Highly recommend the team at OPSM Wollongong. Found everyone that helped us from the eye exam to picking out the frames for my son very professional and answered all questions I had and also my son.

Been going here for nearly a year now. Rachel and Brett are always so friendly upon arrival. Ashleigh has been a godsend since i've been in her care always attentive to my needs and never quick to prescribe something if it could do more harm than good. Will always recommend as a go to optometrist.
