I joined vision personal training in Wollongong, as I was struggling to lose the weight I had gained from pregnancy on my own. It was a great experience, not only did the trainers help me to shed the weight I had put on, but I left vision feeling the strongest and fittest I had ever been in my whole life.The trainers are very knowledgeable and keep you on track with your goals. I would not have been able to lose 17 kilos without the weekly support of the trainers guiding me and coaching me. I learnt so much about nutrition from them. All in all, this gym was fantastic for me and well worth the money.

The team at Vision has been very receptive to my goals and has given me space to build plans to achieve them, suited to my lifestyle. Many gyms and fitness programs throw money at the front end and forget about clients once they’ve signed up. I’ve seen none of that with Vision, and they're (painfully) still on my back to not forget daily tasks to ensure fitness goals are met. I would highly recommend Vision for personal training. These people are serious about your goals.

Vision is a gym where the staff are always welcoming and the most friendly people. I have recently started there and I have loved every minute of it.

Absolutely the best weight loss programme. Completely changes your mindset and creates a solid basis to keep weight off. Super easy to follow and enjoyable real food to eat. So pleased with my results to date as I'm down 8.2kg and am entering phase 3. Also loads of support on your way through. Highly recommend. Weigh Less with Jess is a game changer.

Visited the Figtree centre for a urgent consultation with Dr Barker who is a absolute gentleman. He is a kind compassionate person who organised my procedure to be done at Wollongong public hospital. I went to pay the bill at reception and was amazed when told the consultation had been bulk billed, unfortunately I never got to thank him. Now on the road to recovery thanks to Dr Barker .

Have been to this Practice on a few occasions now and have always found the staff to be lovely amd welcoming and the Drs fantastic.
