This is a great place to go to get all your needs met. I have been treated for several ailments here. I have had acupuncture, physiotherapy and diet advice. A couple of years ago I fractured my cheekbone and the care I received was wonderful. The staff are caring and lovely and I find the atmosphere very relaxing. I prefer this type of place as sports physio clinics can be a little sterile. Highly recommended.

I was down in Wollongong for the day and desperately needed to see a Physio. This was some of the best physio service I have experienced. Scott was professional and took the time to work through the underlying reasons for my injury and ways to improve them. I was very impressed with the service.
