I have been attending regular eye tests for many years now at Specsavers Herbey Bay Central and have always found the staff to be thorough; friendly, polite, and honest when helping me choose my next pair of glasses, which is always the hardest part of the eye test. thanks guys.

Now I understand what it means to go to an independent, locally owned business. They ticked all the boxes for me; thorough knowledge of their products, ability to source products from a wide range of suppliers, a willingness to provide quality products that are outside the typical generic mainstream (one size fits all) offerings, modern and up-to-date facilities and practises, great service with a genuine desire to help their customers. Many thanks to the team, I was thoroughly impressed with the whole experience which was provided by a very professional and dedicated staff.

I would highly recommend Bay Optics, to anyone needing help with eye problems. All the staff are so pleasant, and so professional. They make you feel so important, and nothing is too much trouble for them. It's just a pleasure being there.
