Viva Family Dental truly treat you like family. !! Whether it is my regular check up and clean or a broken tooth after pork crackling they always go the extra mile! The team is incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming and they are not harsh on the pocket as they will look after you where they can. I never feel like just another patient, they make you feel comfortable and at home every time.

Viva Dental makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk through the door. Dr PJ is gentle and makes you feel very relaxed and Gee at the front desk is so welcoming and easy to talk to. The family vibe really adds to the experience as well. I highly recommend this clinic if you are looking for fair prices and friendly service.

If you're someone who dreads the dentist or just wants a professional who truly listens and cares, I can’t recommend VIVA dental enough. It’s rare to find multiple dentists who combines skill, empathy, and a calming presence so effortlessly. Highly recommend for first time kids aswell!

Do recommend this business, they are good at their job, pleasant to deal with and let's be honest who likes going to a dentist. Having moved around a lot this is the best I've been to & happy to go back for regular checkups. As we all know dentistry is expensive so you're going to pay, so you just as well go to a dental business that educates you, is welcoming, not out to overservice you, fit you in as required and get the job done with minimum hassle & pain.

I rang in the the morning as I had a filling fall out overnight and after ringing various others Aura fit me in. The dentist and dental assistant where fantastic would recommend.

Going to a dentist is never fun but Simon and the staff at Aura dental in Hervey Bay are the best. Informative, caring and make you feel at ease.

Dr Jeremy Collins was great at explaining everything clearly. His nurse/assistant on the day was very nice. The whole consultation was very relaxing & the cost was reasonable, even if I didn't have private health. All staff, from reception, dentist & nurse were very friendly. I would recommend this surgery to anyone looking for a dentist in the Hervey Bay area.

I had an emergency molar extraction. Zero pain and out neatly despite curved roots. Options and procedure described fully first. All questions answered fully.

Fantastic dental team didn’t take to long to do my filling. Pricing was good too. Would recommend for sure. Thanks.
