With great prices and unbelievable care for the customer, Shannon and Andrew constantly amaze me with the effort they put in to give me the best vision possible. Even when I manage to knock a lens out of the frame or a nose cushion disappears, I drop in and in less than 5 mins its fixed & I’m on my way. Have been to many optometrists over the past 30 years but never made to feel this special. Thanks guys for operating the way you do.

I took my 6 yr old son for a behavioural optometrist appointment. Shannon was very thorough and made my son feel very comfortable as he was a bit nervous at the start. Thank you.

Nothing but praise for the team at Darling Downs Optometrist! Not only are all team members highly professional and efficient, but they're also a friendly mob with a great sense of humour. There's a great selection of frames (one could argue too many for someone as indecisive as I am), but they patiently assisted me in finding just the right frame within my price bracket. I'm over the moon with my new glasses!
