I highly recommend Metro pain group, in particular Dr Paul Verrills, he advocates for patients with workcover and who have experienced failed pain relief surgery. He persists with treatment until he finds a solution to reduce or eliminate pain. In my case I eventually had a Nevro spinal nerve modulator inserted with a reduction in pain by 95%. I feel very fortunate and will be forever grateful for their empathy and dedication. The service is world class in my opinion.

I underwent a nerve ablation procedure by Dr paul verrills, he so kind respectful man.. the procedure reduced my pain a lot, I can say to 3/7 which I couldn't imagine in my best dream.. Thanks Dr paul.. my God repay you in his way.

In Melbourne. Have been attending this clinic for 3/4 years for treatment for chronic pain. Staff are just excellent. I am so impressed that a clinic is set up just to treat pain. Not all the treatment has worked for me, but what has worked has been life changing.

I was satisfied with my hospital time and surgery. And, post surgery, I was grateful to have Jo rankin’s regular contact to help me with my pain, which was bad. It was at about the 10 week mark that I noticed I had been relieved of some of the pain. I have been left with some areas in neck at some times of the day which go numb then settle! I do suffer pain while sitting down in evening, in base of head at neck; i stand up and move around to alleviate, repetively. Thanks to MSK pain group. Bev barnfield.

Always receive the best care and up to date information. Highly recommended! Dr Neels Du Toit is amazing and has the best bedside manner and caring nature. Every procedure I have had with him has been helpful and i will continue to see him for pain management.

Instructions once I got the clarification of booking was good, instructions via email and call back was great. The doctor gave amazing detailed information and advice when moving forward with treatment.
