3 Best Parks in Wagga Wagga NSW

A beautiful and relaxing place to visit right by the riverside. It can be a perfect picnic spot for families to bring along the kids or just to relax and read a book. There is a car parking available across the road right next to which are the public toilets for men and women. There are many historical memories in the park remembering the war memories. There are gigantic and beautiful trees situated inside. There are water fountains, a barbecue area and sitting benches, and some slides for kids. There are some beautiful flowers and plantations to please the eyes on a calm weekend; worth a visit.

It was a wonderful experience visiting the Victory Memorial Gardens. Quite informative walls and the nice fountains surrounded by the flowers and well detailed wood carving. Its nearby the historic museum, so there are quite a few things to see here. Its a nice place for a picnic and also makes a nice place to stop and relax before heading out again in your journey. Wagga Wagga is a nice small city/town to visit.

One of the beautiful parks in Wagga, in the middle of town! Most picturesque at night with the large tree lit up with thousands of lights! Always special moments here, also has water facilities and a park for kids! Great place for a picnic!!

This is one of the very good park for having an evening or the morning walk. I took my pet Jack here for a walk and he really like the place. The grass and the garden is maintained very well which seems to be a positive things for this particular place. They also have a very good sitting area and lot of good trays. You can get fresh air as well. When you visit here I would recommend who ever is living in Central Wagga and looking for a part to walk they can actually go here for a walk or spending some quality time with their children, family and also a evening.

Great spot for a coffee or meal. Especially if you are driving through. The toilet is generally clean. And there is a cafe adjacent. Just one thing, there is a super weirdly placed tree in the road on the corner nearest the main street. It is about a meter off then curb and into the actual road.

Very well maintained lawn, plenty of shade to lay on the grass. Playground, water and benches.

Nice calm calm place to relax, although it is a popular place for kids at times at the skate park but otherwise a nice park.

Great low ramp skate park good for scooters & younger kids. Follow the path down to the playground & toilets.

Great open fields, skate park, basket ball court, public toilet, tennis club, cricket pitch x2.
