Sinking blissfully onto the exquisite new lounge, I was afforded my first long look into the new salon and I can assure you I was not disappointed. The meticulous attention to detail and bewitching ability to create luxurious, yet unpretentious spaces that exude refinement and draw on both the masculine and feminine is complimented by the exceptional personalities of each staff member who weave together an exemplary service that is uniquely Plush. The genuine care and princess treatment of my daughter, as well as my second to none colour and extension service is why I will continue to make the 16hr round trip for brilliant hair artistry and a truly holistic service in a beautiful space. It was lovely to reconnect with Sam at Lulu and Kit. She is always very warm and friendly and I feel very comfortable discussing my hair needs with her. Sam always has the right advice! I am so happy with the colour Sam put in my hair and she gave me the best head massage. Sam styled my hair beautifully and I felt happy and confident walking out of the salon. I also appreciated the delicious home made treat I was served with my cup of tea. It was perfection. Lulu and Kit is such a beautiful salon. I will be back.

Excellent service here,we just lost a family member and Mackenzie was able to fit me my mum and sister in last minute and was so kind to us,went above and beyond the whole team there were friendly and worked together my phone was dying and they offered me a charger,they knew all there clients by name as they walked in and greeted them,highly recommend.thanks again.

Great experience, coloured my hair to exactly what I wanted, even fixed it for me a week later after I washed it with wrong shampoo. Holly was incredibly patient when I struggled to described the exact colour I wanted.
