I have been stressing over a medication shortage recently, I heard Doc's may be worth trying and to my surprise, they had what I needed. This in itself was amazing. But then, Amanda went above and beyond to assist me in getting the medication from 45mins away. She honestly showed what a genuinely good person she is, which reflects so well the care Doc's shows. I can't express how appreciative I am for Amanda's assistance. Again. Thank you Amanda.

I cannot speak highly enough of Tim, James and his staff at Doc's Mega Save Newcastle. They always serve their customers with kindness, diligence and a warm smile. It is their caring and professional qualities that I find endearing. They have been our Pharmacists since moving into town 11 years ago and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Every employee is incredibly helpful and pleasant. They constantly give you the information you need to take medication. Excellent store. Tim is quite impressive! My partner Bob has been going there many years and he agrees.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the management responsible for hiring the floor staff at this establishment. During each of my visits, I have consistently received exceptional service from the staff members. They have demonstrated a remarkable commitment to providing assistance and have never exhibited any signs of impatience or dismissiveness. I commend the entire team for their unwavering dedication to delivering outstanding customer service on every occasion of my visit. Their efforts have undoubtedly contributed to the establishment's reputation for excellence.

The education and quality of the staff inside are very nice, especially I am especially grateful to Ruby, who is very warm and friendly to accompany me to find every product, Patiently and carefully reconfirmed the inventory through the computer, if there is a need, I will definitely visit the store again!

Absolutely cannot believe how good the trainee pharmacists here are! They have been so helpful with guidance on items on the PBS, and teaching us to talk the talk.

The staff that I've dealt with in this Pharmacy are always so helpful, very friendly and make you feel so welcome :-) Special thanks to Kim-Maree who's been absolutely wonderful, super supportive and understanding and I'm so grateful for her kind nature and great service. Alisha was lovely and helped my mother and I with issues with the app. She sorted out the paper scripts to save us time and made us feel better without making it seem like an issue. She double-checked to make sure all our concerns were met. Definitely deserves a box of chocolates for all her hard work! Much appreciated.

The staff at Terry White Warners bay are always so friendly and will go above and beyond to help. Special shout out to customer service super star Alisha that went the extra mile to help me today! What a gem.
