'Gamechanging' is how I would describe the support my partner and I have received from Relationship Therapist Tracy Lynch. We linked in with Thrive Wellness Hub five years ago wanting to give the communication skillset within our relationship an intensive 'uplevel' and then build her in alongside us for for yearly check-in sessions (automatically scheduled the week before each anniversary so we would remember was our initial plan). Tracy's straight-but-warm, and trauma-informed approach meant we felt space was really safely held for us to initially work through the Gottman Institute evidence-based program called 'The Sound Relationship House' (it included us leaving with useful resources to refer back to).... and again when we have returned for our annual grease and oil change sessions. She isn't a magician. Her hourly rate would be much higher if that was the case. If you are willing to step up to the work it takes to vulnerably consider your own involvement in your relationship trickybits then I highly recommend Tracy to be who you enlist to hold space and facilitate the conversations and learning around that. Highly recommend

Tracy has provided an amazingly inviting, warm, safe and caring place in Thrive Wellness Hub. She has truly been a lifesaver to me, my husband and our marriage. I would and do highly recommend Tracy to everyone i know. If you are willing to do the work she will help guide you all the way. She is a truly AMAZING lady!.

Cannot recommend this place enough. Tracy and her team have a fantastic way of helping me understand my thoughts and emotions which I struggled with for a long time.

I have been a client of this business on and off for many years. My sessions have been with Monica for grief and loss and she has helped me through the healing process. I have seen some very competent therapists throughout my life but I feel that Monica has been by far the best and most helpful. She is very caring, compassionate and professional. I have has some interaction with David who has also been very understanding and professional which makes me feel completely comfortable with the service. I really trust these guys and would recommend them to anyone.

Dave is kind, compassionate and offers great advice during difficult times. Whilst there to see Dave, every time we bumped into Monica she would also take the time to have a chat and see how we were. you can tell they both have your well being in mind and also make you feel completely at home while there. They offer a very good and much-needed service.

Instead of waiting for my issues to go away on their own, eventually I found Cooks Hill Counselling and David has not only helped me with all the problems I faced, but he also made me feel very welcome and safe.
